A medication log can help you and your childs other
caregivers (for example, child care providers or a school nurse) keep track of
the medicine your child takes. This information will be useful for your doctor
in case there are any problems with the medicine. Keeping track can also help
avoid double dosing, giving too much medicine or giving it too
often.
