Robert “Chuck” Rich, Jr., MD, FAAFP
Dr. Rich began practicing medicine in 1987 and specializes in family medicine and pain medicine. He is medical director at Bladen Medical Associates in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. This hospital-owned rural health clinic in southeastern North Carolina serves a rural underserved population. Dr. Rich treats primarily adult and geriatric patients, with an emphasis on pain management in the primary care setting. He also is an adjunct associate professor for the School of Osteopathic Medicine at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
